Turbine blade casting: It helps us manufacture blades that rotate in huge machines which are turbines. It is significant since these turbines produces energy by using stream or hot gas. This is important because the blades are what turns in order to spin that turbine, thus creating energy which helps light our homes and cities

It is not as easy to create these blades of turbine! Blades must be carefully designed to function properly inside a turbine. The production of these  O. B. T gas turbine blade goes through several steps. A mold (a customized shape to fit exactly the design of blade) created is first made visible. A few sparks fly out of hot, molten metal as it is poured into the mould. This hot metal solidifies after a while, and this is the basic blade we want.

Investment casting-In this process, a wax form that matches the blade is used. This wax shape is encased by a hard material, usually ceramic. After some while of the hard material setting in solid form, you can melt your wax away and left just with the blade shape
