With the mold set it’s time to pour hot metal into it. This is a very delicate step. It has to be performed as perfectly possible. Till the metal is hot enough it reaches really very high temperature. Say melting point even it becomes a thick liquid. Next the mold pour with molten metal. Once metal cools and hardens engineers remove the mold. They then inspect the blade to see if anything is right. This process of checking is very important. If blade isn’t absolutely accurate it will possibly not function correctly.
