Monel K-500 is suitable for working under harsh geological mining conditions of high-sulfur and high-wax oil reservoirs. Since this alloy has no plastic-to-brittle transition temperature, it is very suitable for various low-temperature equipment. In addition to excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and non-magnetism, Monel K-500 alloy also has the same corrosion resistance as Monel 400. Can be used as pump shaft material.

Monel K-500 (N055000) nickel-based alloy has the same corrosion resistance as Alloy 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good hot corrosion resistance and long-term organizational stability. Mainly used to manufacture turbine blades and gas turbine blades on aero engines with operating temperatures below 750°C; used to manufacture fasteners and springs on ships; pumps and valve parts on chemical equipment; and scraper blades on papermaking equipment wait.

Usage scenarios for Monel K-500:
Seawater environment: Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, Monel K-500 is commonly used in various applications in seawater, such as seawater treatment equipment, marine ship parts and devices, etc.
